00/hour FT/ BENEFITS EFFECTIVE WITHIN 30 DAYS As a Scheduling Coordinator at RapidFire Safety & Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of fire alarm safety inspections and maintenance services.
This role is responsible for managing schedules, communicating with clients and technicians, and optimizing service delivery to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule fire suppression inspections, testing, and maintenance services for commercial and residential clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling inquiries, service updates, and appointment confirmations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Keep clients informed of any delays, changes, or issues affecting scheduled appointments.
Communicate with field technicians to assign and confirm service appointments.
Provide technicians with detailed information regarding scheduled appointments, including location, service requirements, and client preferences.
Monitor technician availability and workload to ensure equitable distribution of assignments.
Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments, service requests and client communications.
Update internal databases and scheduling systems with relevant information such as appointment details, client contact and service history.
Generate reports as needed.
Ensure that all scheduled appointments adhere to company standards, regulations, and expectations.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional education or certification in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
