- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues - Write service orders, including detailed descriptions of necessary repairs and estimated costs - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers - Provide status updates to customers regarding the progress of their vehicle repairs - Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts for repairs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Skills:
- Previous experience as a service writer/advisor in the RV industry - Basic RV technical knowledge - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to accurately write service orders and document customer concerns - Previous experience with CDK system is a plus Please note that this position may require occasional lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
